BaNano: AI Image Creator ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you use the BaNano: AI Image Creator mobile application (the "App").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Temporary Processing and Storage of Generated Results
We believe your creations belong to you alone, and we use data only to provide the App's features:
- Processing for generation: Materials you upload, text prompts, and generation settings are transmitted to create images.
- Temporary result storage: Generated results may be stored on a server for up to 14 days so that you can open, download, or retrieve the created image again in the App.
- Deletion after the storage period: Generated results are deleted from the server after 14 days. Once deleted, a result may not be recoverable, so we recommend saving any images you need to your device.
- Limited purpose of storage: We do not use generated results for sale, publication on a user's behalf, or disclosure to third parties outside the purposes of operating the App.
2. Processing by Third-Party AI Services
To generate images, we transmit your prompts, uploaded materials, and generation settings to the following third-party AI service:

- Any images, prompts, or other materials transmitted to the third-party service are processed in accordance with that service's own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for uploading personal or sensitive data.
- We do not control Kie.ai's internal data processing and are not responsible for actions by the third-party service that are beyond our control.
3. Information We Collect
We do not collect the following for profiling, sale, or disclosure to third parties for advertising:
- prompts you enter;
- generated images.
To operate the App and improve its quality, we may collect the following types of data:
3.1. Device and Payment Information
- Device identifiers: unique codes associated with your device (such as a UUID), operating system version, device model, and other technical characteristics.
- Payment data: information about in-app purchases made through the App Store, Google Play, RuStore, and T-Bank's online payment service, as needed for the App's features to function correctly.
- Purpose: processing purchases correctly, preventing feature activation errors, and supporting stable App operation.
3.2. Technical App Information
- Logs and crashes: information about App launches, feature usage, errors, and memory and processor load.
- Purpose: identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and improving stability.
3.3. How This Information Is Processed
- All data is collected in de-identified form and is not linked to your personal data.
- Data is used only for internal analytics and to improve the App's functionality.
- You may contact support to request deletion of technical information relating to you.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
- Information is transmitted to the third-party AI service Kie.ai only to fulfill an image generation request.
- We do not use your uploaded materials, prompts, or generated results to train our own models.
- Data may be used for technical processing, checking generation status, preventing abuse, and complying with legal requirements.
- Your data may be transferred outside your country, including to countries with different data protection laws.
5. In-App Purchases and Payment Methods
The App supports in-app purchases through the App Store, Google Play, and RuStore. Purchase information is transmitted through secure platform services and is used exclusively to process payments and provide services. T-Bank's online payment service is also used for online payments.
6. Processing Images Containing Faces or Sensitive Data
- We do not analyze or recognize biometric data.
- Images are used only to generate results through third-party AI services.
7. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the content of images you upload or generate. The App does not review images for legality or compliance with third-party rights and is not responsible for such matters.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the latest update will appear at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
